RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO,
CENTRAL & PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 12, 2010, at an approximate cost
of $5,480.00, in conjunction with the Chamberlain waterline kill,
by and between the Chicago, Central & Pacific Railroad Company
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2010.
