RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE IN ORIGINAL 1997
CONTEMPORARY URBAN DEVELOPMENT REVOLVING LOAN
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the change in the original 1997 Contemporary Urban
Development Revolving Loan Agreement to allow for repayment in the
amount of $55,000.00, with $13,750.00 payable in May 2010 and the
remaining $41,250.00 payable in December 2010, and to forgive past
accumulated interest, by and between Contemporary Urban
Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2010.
