RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF GRANT
APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT
OF AGRICULTURE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the grant application in the amount of $95,000.00, to fund a
marketing and promotions manager to expand operations of the
Public Market, conduct cross -promotional activities with regional
farm producer networks, and to fund additional equipment for the
fit -out of the Public Market building, by and between the United
States Department of Agriculture and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 2010.
