RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., FOR THE F.Y. 2010 REMOVAL AND
REPLACEMENT OF THE AERATION EQUIPMENT IN THE
EXISTING AERATION BASINS AT THE SATELLITE AND
EASTON AVENUE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL
FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Waste Management to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc., for the F.Y. 2010 Removal and Replacement of the
Aeration Equipment in the Existing Aeration Basins at the
Satellite and Easton Avenue Water Pollution Control Facilities,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management has filed
said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc., and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc., be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
