RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. IN
CONJUNCTION WITH RECYCLING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare Request for Proposal Document,
form of contract, etc. for Recycling Services, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said Request for Proposal Document, form of contract,
etc. for Recycling Services, which was preliminarily approved on
April 5, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 19,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal Document, form of
contract, etc. for Recycling Services, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same is hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
