RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
RECYCLING SERVICES.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-276, Request for Proposal
document, form of contract, etc., for Recycling Services, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said contract be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
