ATTACHMENTS, AT A COST OF $29,496.10, FROM
JOHN DEERE COMPANY OF CARY, NORTH CAROLINA
THROUGH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
STATE BID PROCESS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Leisure Services Director be and the same hereby
authorized to Purchase One (1) 2010 John Deere 1565 Tractor with
Attachments from John Deere Company of Cary, North Carolina
through the Iowa Department of Transportation State bid process,
in the amount of $29,496.10.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
