RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
TURFWERKS OF JOHNSTON, IOWA, FOR TWO (2) NEW
2010 INFIELD GROOMERS WITH ATTACHMENTS, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $38,600.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Turfwerks of Johnston, Iowa, in the amount of
$38,600.00, for Two (2) New 2010 Infield Groomers with
Attachments, described in the specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said purchase, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
