RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH TRAIL BLAZERS, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated April 19, 2010, for
design and construction related engineering costs up to a maximum
amount of $5,500.00, and for the Trail Blazers, Inc. to pay all
remaining project expenses, not to exceed a total amount of
$121,000.00, in conjunction with the Riverview Recreation Area
OHV Park Expansion Project, by and between the Trail Blazers,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
