RESOLUTION APPROVING RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH
WATERLOO IMPLEMENT, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID RENTAL AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Rental Agreement dated April 19, 2010, for a 72" side
discharge mower at a cost of $3,950.00 for the period April 15,
2010 to October 28, 2010, and a 20' rotary cutter at a cost of
$3,000.00 for the period April 15, 2010 to November 15, 2010, by
and between Waterloo Implement, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
