RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM PRAIRIE
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR REPLACEMENT OF T -HANGAR DOORS AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Prairie Construction Company, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, for Replacement of T -Hangar Doors at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City h of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 19t day of April, 2010, together with the accompanying
bond for the faithful performance of said contract signed by
United Fire and Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
