RESOLUTION APPROVING ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND
CONSERVATION BLOCK GRANT SUB -RECIPIENT
CONTRACT WITH THE OFFICE OF ENERGY
INDEPENDENCE AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated April 19, 2010, for an Energy Efficiency
and Conservation Block Grant in the amount of $50,000.00, with a
required matching contribution of $50,000.00 to be made by
TechWorks, for a TechWorks Energy Plan Feasibility Study, by and
between the Office of Energy Independence and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
