RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ROBINSON ENGINEERING COMPANY
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 19, 2010, at
a cost of $47,680.00, to provide engineering services for the
Sink Creek Watershed Assessment, by and between Robinson
Engineering Company of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
