RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON A 3 -YEAR
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH LEE ROTTINGHAUS TO FARM
APPROXIMATELY 11 ACRES OF LAND ALONG THE WEST
SIDE OF NORTHEAST DRIVE, NORTH OF
INDEPENDENCE AVENUE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $95.00
PER ACRE WITH A YEARLY RENTAL AMOUNT OF
$1,045.00, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, AS MAY 3,
2010, AT 5:30 P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of May, 2010, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on a 3 -year Lease Agreement
with Lee Rottinghaus to farm approximately 11 acres of land along
the west side of Northeast Drive, north of Independence Avenue,
in the amount of $95.00 per acre with a yearly rental amount of
$1,045.00, in the City of Waterloo.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
