Members present: Boesen, Amos, Chiles, Grieder, Wilder and Feuss. Nichols entered the meeting at 4:50
p.m.

that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Voice -vote Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
107529 - Grieder/Wilder
that the Minutes, as proposed, for the Regular Session on Monday, June 20, 2022, at 5:30 p.m.,
be accepted and approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Six. Motion carried.
Objective: Update from Main Street Waterloo.
Jessica Rucker, Executive Director Main Street Waterloo, updated the council regarding
activities and vision for Main Street Waterloo.
The Mayor and council members congratulated Ms. Rucker for her presentation, leadership, time
and attention to her work growing and developing the downtown efforts.
