RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM HAWKEYE
COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Hawkeye Community College to burn approximately 1.5 acres of
prairie grass located east of the Hawkeye Center and Campus View
Drive and 6 acres located north of Arboretum Drive, west of Hess
Road, during the time period April - May 2010, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010.
