BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REQUEST BY MARK
MOSER TO REZONE 3.68 ACRES FROM "A-1"
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "R-1,C-Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT, FOR A CONTRACTOR BUSINESS
LOCATED AT 4528 KIMBALL AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by Mark Moser to rezone 3.68 acres from "A-1" Agricultural
District to "R-1,C-Z" Conditional. Zoning District, for a contractor business located at 4528
Kimball Avenue, and legally described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST
QUARTER THAT IS 334.4 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER
OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER, AS MEASURED ALONG SAID EAST
LINE; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 10 MINUTES WEST ALONG SAID
EAST LINE 175 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 15 MINUTES 30
