Members absent: Robinson Moved by Ambrosy, seconded by Mrzlak that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Ten. Moved by Dennis, seconded by Ambrosy that the Minutes of March 26, 2014, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Ten. Citizens Oral Comments None Treasurer's Report Marcia Courbat gave the March Treasurer's Report. Ms. Courbat reported that the commission has sold 2845 bricks at $50.00 each and 5 bricks at $250.00 each for a total of$143,500.00 with a balance of$8,654.73 in the Brick Fund. Working on installing completed bricks this coming weekend. Chairperson's Report Chairperson White that ticket sales for the Waterloo Honor Flight fundraiser down this year in sponsorship/sales Committee Reports Building, Grounds & Operations—Richard Hastings reported that he delivered 24 bricks to be engraved and spoke with Craig Clark, Building Official/Maintenance Administrator, as the eave troughs need painting and showed him spots from water leakage. Education/Historical—Randall Miller reported that he met with former Mayor, John Rooff, in regards to TV donation, installation of the TV, and the prospect of hooking up cable. Our goal is to have it installed by Memorial Day. Finance/Fundraising—Marcia Courbat reported she is still in process of applying, but the grant funds can only be utilized for educational purposes. Collections Manager/Registrar-Chairperson Michael Dennis placed a copy of the by laws behind charter in frame on east wall of basement. He reported that he has 50 frames to get installed hopefully within the next couple weeks or so. Unfinished Business Clean-up of grounds and trimming of trees is needed. New Business None. With no further business before the commission, it was moved by Ticknor, seconded by McMahon that the meeting be adjourned at 5:45 p.m. Ayes: Ten.
