Members present : Chairperson Krizek, Mollenhoff, Anders .
Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Ayes : Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the revised pre-
authorization form be approved and all city departments be
instructed to use the revised form when submitting pre-
authorization requests to the Finance Committee. Ayes : Three.
Motion carried.
The request of the Superintendent of Central Garage for
authorization to conduct an auction in the fall was reviewed.
There are approximately 30 items available for auction. The
auctioneer who conducted the city' s two previous auctions this year
has been contacted and has agreed to hold the fall auction for the
same percentage he previously charged. Other departments have been
contacted for equipment they would like to include in the auction.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that said request be
approved. Ayes : Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that a garbage refund in
the amount of $120 . 00 for 922 Easton Avenue be approved. Ayes :
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the request of the
City Planner to decrease Line Item 1111 (Payroll) and increase Line
Item 1311 (Accounting and Clerical Services) in the amount of
$10, 000 be approved. Ayes : Three . Motion carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the request of the
Superintendent of Parks to transfer $1, 200 from Line Item 1581
(Paint and Painting Supplies) to Line Item 1377 (Radio Equipment
Repair/Maintenance) be approved. Ayes : Three . Motion carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that Bills Payment, as
contained in Schedule AP640, pp. 1-60, dated September 18, 1995 in
the amount of $1, 250, 060 . 86, be received, placed on file and
forwarded to the full council for approval . Ayes : Three . Motion
carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by
Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the meeting be adjourned at
4 :40 p.m. Ayes : Three . Motion carried.
