Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the Agenda, as
proposed, be approved. Ayes : Three . Motion carried.
Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
Police Chief to replace Glock duty weapons at no cost be approved.
Ayes : Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
Recreation Director for pre-authorization to expend $922 . 84 for
supplies for Christmas donation workshop be approved. Ayes :
Three . Motion carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the request of the
Personnel Director for pre-authorization to expend up to $1, 000 . 00
for written and oral examinations for Police Sergeant Civil Service
promotional process be approved. Ayes : Three . Motion carried.
Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
Parks Superintendent for pre-authorization to expend $300 . 00 for
oak lumber be approved. Ayes : Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
Parks Superintendent for pre-authorization to expend $156 . 00 for 2
laser cuttings (tree plaque) be approved. Ayes : Three. Motion
carried.
Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
Recreation Director for pre-authorization to expend $2, 400 . 00 for
protective netting for hockey games be approved. Ayes : Three.

Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
Recreation Director for pre-authorization to expend $1, 200 . 00 for
one set of goals (hockey nets and hardware) be approved. Ayes :

Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
City Clerk for pre-authorization to expend $463 . 25 for insurance
claim service for sewer backup on Sager & Deloris be approved.

Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the request of the
Police Chief for pre-authorization to expend $710 . 00 for DARE
supplies for January 1995 graduation be approved. Ayes : Three.

Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
Building Official to transfer $500 . 00 from Line Item #1785, Refund
Payments, to Line Item #1375, Automotive Equipment, be approved.

Moved by Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the request of the
Personnel Director to transfer $500 . 00 from Line Item #1319, Other
Professional Services, to Line Item #1343 , Postage & Mailing
Expense, be approved. Ayes : Three . Motion carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the request of the
Housing Director to transfer $7, 000 . 00 from Line Item #1710, Claims
and Contingencies, to Line Item #1390, Other Contractual Oper.
Expense, be approved. Ayes : Three . Motion carried.

Human Rights Director to increase Line Item #1343, Postage and
Mailing Expense, by $800 . 00 and decrease Line Item #1131, Group

Health Insurance, by $800 . 00 be approved. Ayes : Three . Motion
carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the request of the
Police Chief to increase Line Item #1112, Part-time Salaries, in
the amount of $7, 500 . 00 and decrease Line Item #1302, G.A.S.A.
Grant, in the amount of $7, 500 . 00 be approved. Ayes : Three .
Motion carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that the request of the
Superintendent of Parks to create a new budget Line Item #1390,
Contractual Operating Services, and transfer $60, 000 . 00 from the
Road Use Tax Fund carry over to Line Item #1390, be approved.
Ayes : Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Mollenhoff, seconded by Anders that bills payment, as
contained in Schedule A918, pp. 1-53, dated December 12, 1994, in
the amount of $1, 540, 702 . 53 , be approved. Ayes : Three. Motion
carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by
Anders, seconded by Mollenhoff that the meeting be adjourned at
4 : 16 p.m. Ayes : Three . Motion carried.
