Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer, stated there are several; Fire Pals, Culture and Arts, Hazmat, Leisure Services. Mr. Hart asked how many different companies the City is using. Ms. Weidner stated that is all web hosting and she doesn't know that you would find any savings by using one necessarily. Mr. Hart stated he remembered paying $25,000 for a website for the City. Ms. Weidner stated that was the City's which is the same provider as the planning and zoning. Ms. Cole stated actually the City's website was $55,000. Our share was $22,000 and WIDA paid the rest. Mr. Hart asked if the police have their own and all these different entities have their own that they pay for in addition to the $55,000 the City paid for. Ms. Weidner stated not to confuse the different services. There is web hosting for each of those, there is design for each of those. Ms. Cole stated that is cheap. Ms. Weidner stated they are hiring ME&V to design something specifically for the airport, but what they are designing is the airport interface. It is what you see when you pull up the page. That page won't work for the City or Leisure Services because when you pull up Leisure Services you want to see leisure activities.
