Moved by Hart, seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as amended adding the authorization to
accept bid from Witham Auto, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Hart, seconded by Schmitt that the Minutes of February 15, 2010, as proposed, be
approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
