Moved by Welper, seconded by Cole that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Welper, seconded by Cole that the Minutes of September 8, 2008, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Welper, seconded by Reggie Schmitt that the request of the Contracts and Grants Coordinator for authorization to seek bids for removal of asbestos at 120, 123 and 133 Argyle Street be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Welper, seconded by Reggie Schmitt that the request of the Contracts and Grants Coordinator for authorization to seek bids for General Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 159-D-GO-10-06-08 be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Welper that the request of the Chief Financial Officer for pre- authorization to expend $3,000.00 for arbitrage analysis services for 2004 bond issue be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Reggie Schmitt that the request of the Police Chief for authorization to increase Line Item 3350 (Police Grant) and Line Item 1114 (Police Grant) in the amount of$10,976.00 be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Reggie Schmitt that the request of the Community Development Coordinator for authorization to increase Line Item 3722 (Refunds) in the amount of$10,000.00, Line Item 1393 (Subsidies) in the amount of 27,708.00 and Line Item 1785 (Refunds) in the amount of$37,708.00 be approved.
