Moved by Welper, seconded by Cole that a travel request for Police Captain, Police Lieutenant and two Police Officers to attend Iowa Governor's Highway Traffic Safety Conference in Council Bluffs, Iowa on March 25-27, 2008, with costs not to exceed $430.00, be approved.
