Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Schmitt that the request of the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator for authorization to hire Able Pest Control to furnish labor, material and equipment to remove and install bird netting between the parking ramp and the Ramada Inn at a cost of $2,795.00 be approved. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Schmitt that the request of the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator for approval of low bid of $9,300.00 from Floor Decor to replace carpet in the link between the parking ramp and Ramada Inn be tabled.
