Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that the request of the Superintendent of Central Garage for authorization to seek bids for rental of three motor graders and one end loader for snow operations be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that a garbage refund in the amount of$93.00 for 116 South Street be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that an amendment to travel request for Community Development Director and Waterloo Housing Partnership Coordinator to attend IHOEP 20007 Housing Iowa Conference in Des Moines, Iowa on October 23-24, 2007, with costs not to exceed $728.00, be approved.
