Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that a garbage refund in the amount of $126.00 for 1216 Oleson Road be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that a yard waste refund in the amount of$99.00 for 1937 West 7th Street be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that a yard waste refund in the amount of$152.50 for 2516 West 9th Street be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that a travel request for Traffic Engineer, Signal Technician Foreman, and Signal Technician II to attend Fundamentals of Wireless Data, Traffic Network Designs, Installation and Troubleshooting Wireless Workshop in High Ridge, Missouri on May 1-2, 2007, with costs not to exceed $495.00, be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Greenwood that the request of the Superintendent of Waste Management Services for pre-authorization to expend $1,250.00 for motor repair of pump #2 at the Park Road Lift Station be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Greenwood that the request of the Assistant Leisure Services Director for pre-authorization to expend less than $2,000.00 for repair of clutch and transmission on the JD tractor at Gates Golf Course be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Greenwood that the request of the Leisure Services Director for authorization to increase Line Item 3750 (Sale of Bonds) and Line Item 2170 (Stadium Improvements) in the amount of $48,000.00 be approved.
