RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
SOUTH PORT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
precedent to the final approval of South Port: the installation
of sanitary sewer and services, and
WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
and requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Benton's Sand & Gravel, Inc. has provided a two-
year Maintenance Bond for said South Port.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Plat Improvements for South Port, be and
the same are hereby accepted.
