Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Gunderson that the request of the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator for approval of invoices in the amount of $21,190.00 for repair of water main at the Center For The Arts be approved. The following bids received for appraisal services for 203 Jefferson Street, 209 Jefferson Street and vacant lot east of 209 Jefferson Street were reviewed: Bidder Bid Amount Valuation Services $3,500.00 Appraisals Associates $3,600.00 The property includes all three lots, including the car wash site, the small bar building as well as the vacant lot, owned by Waterfalls Car Wash. It was the recommendation of the City Planner that the bid from Valuation Services in the amount of $3,500.00 be accepted.
