Moved by Cole, seconded by Gunderson that the request of the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator for pre-authorization to expend $16,438.00 for pool chemicals be approved. Ayes: Three. Moved by Cole, seconded by Gunderson that the request of the Leisure Services Director for pre- authorization to expend $40,000.00 for funding operations at Fairview Cemetery be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Gunderson that the request of the Superintendent of Traffic Operations for pre-authorization to expend $16,000.00 for street name signs and brackets be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Greenwood that the request of the City Engineer for approval of U.S. 63 Initial Design Phase Budget in the amount of $1,617,523.00 for improvements to the U.S. Highway 63 Corridor from Donald Street to U.S. 218 Interchange (a copy is on file in the City Clerk's office) be approved. Moved by Cole, seconded by Greenwood that the request of the Leisure Services Director for approval of City Junior Golf Tournament Budget in the amount of$1,200.00 (a copy is on file in the City Clerk's office) be approved.
