Moved by Cole, seconded by Gunderson that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Cole, seconded by Gunderson that the Minutes of April 17, 2006, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. The following bids received for repair/replacement of steps at the Carnegie Annex were reviewed: Bidder Bid Amount Mike Dolan Concrete Inc. $13,470.00 Borwig Building Services Inc. $12,500.00 It was the recommendation of the Building Official/Maintenance Administration that the low bid from Borwig Building Services Inc. in the amount of $12,500.00 be accepted. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that said recommendation be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that the request of the Community Planning & Development Director to approve payment of$925.00 to Joe Miller and $3,265.00 to Curt and Blake Hollis for tenant rights for two parcels of property purchased as part of the Ansborough Interchange Project be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that the request of the Superintendent of Traffic Operations for authorization to seek bids for installation of eight early warning sirens be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. The following bids received for one tiltbed trailer for the Leisure Services Department were reviewed: Bidder Bid Amount Roeder Brothers Inc. $5,465.00 Windridge Implements $5,698.00 Sumner Implement $5,788.00 It was the recommendation of the Superintendent of Central Garage that the low bid from Roeder Brothers Inc. in the amount of$5,465.00 be accepted. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that said recommendation be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. The following bids received for one Chevrolet Impala LT for the Leisure Services Department were reviewed: Bidder Bid Amount Rydell Chevrolet $15,696.00 Pat Clemons Chevrolet $16,031.00 (state bid) Community Motors $18,439.00 It was the recommendation of the Superintendent of Central Garage that the low bid in the amount of$15,696.00 from Rydell Chevrolet be accepted. Moved by Greenwood, seconded by Cole that said recommendation be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
