that I am Customer Services Representative of The Waterloo Cedar
Falls Courier and I am authorized to make this affidavit, that The
Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier is a daily newspaper regularly published

FLOODPLAIN NOTICE
Notice is hereby given by the U.S.
Economic Development Administration
(EDA) that a grant application Isbeing
made for the City of Waterloo's Phase II
Fiber Expansion project In Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa. Project
Information Is available for review at the
City of Waterloo, 715 Mulberry St,
Waterloo, IA 50703 and (319) 291-4312.
A determination has been made by the
EDA, In accordance with the Presidents
Executive Order 11988, that portions of
the project will be located in the 100-year
goodplain and that there is no practicable
alternative. The project has been de-
signed to minimize the risks of loss of life
andproperty to flood and storm damage
and minimize adverse impacts in flood
plain value and function.

ated with thisproject, please provide it in
