RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED CITY-STATE
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amended City -State Agreement dated April 26, 2010, for
the utilization of Iowa Department of Transportation funds in the
amount of $920,000.00 for right-of-way and $3,800,000.00 for
construction, and the managing and prioritization of funding
sources and the development of division costs, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
