Moved by Hurley, seconded by Getty that the Minutes of October 13, 2003, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. Moved by Getty, seconded by Hurley that a garbage refund in the amount of$171.50 for 1926 West 7th Street be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried. The request of the City Clerk for approval of the Calendar Year 2004 Garbage Exemption Forms was reviewed. The garbage exemption forms are updated annually for low-income households and private haulers. The only change to the forms is the federal poverty income guidelines have been updated. The total amount of loss income for all garbage exemptions for the past year was $48,675, which is a decrease of$12,594 from calendar year 2002. The new exemption forms will be printed and made available through the City Clerk's office. Moved by Hurley, seconded by Getty that the Calendar Year 2004 Garbage Exemption Forms be approved.
