RESOLUTION APPROVING SEWAGE TREATMENT
AGREEMENT DNR FORM 29 WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Sewage Treatment Agreement DNR Form 29 dated April 26,
2010, in conjunction with private sanitary sewer serving
Commonbond Communities/Unity Square, by and between Iowa
Department of Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 2010.
