RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 10 WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 10 dated April 26, 2010, at a
cost not to exceed $562,000.00, for design and construction
related services for various projects for the Cedar Valley
Riverfront Renaissance, by and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 2010.
