RESOLUTION NO. 2010-307
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
WITH SHAYLA DENTON AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement dated April 26, 2010, to allow a
newly constructed shed that was built 5 feet onto city -owned
property generally located adjacent to 639 Mobile Street to
remain on city -owned property, legally described as follows:
All that part of Lot 3, Gushard's Subdivision of part
of Lot Twenty (20), Hardy and Virden's Plat, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, except that
part of Lot Three (3) described in CLD Book 644, Page
364, and except that part of Lot Three (3) described in
Deed Book 160, Page 384, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Shayla Denton and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 2010.
