RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO PETERSON
CONTRACTORS, INC. OF REINBECK, IOWA, FOR THE
F.Y. 2010 CHAMBERLAIN WATER SERVICE KILL, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $21,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Reinbeck,
Iowa, in the amount of $21,000.00, for the F.Y. 2010 Chamberlain
Water Service Kill, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
lowest bid received for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 2010.
