RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 26, 2010, for the overlay of
Balsam Street from Waterloo Corporate Limit to Juniper Drive and
approximately 600 feet of Juniper Drive from Balsam Street to the
beginning of new pavement section in conjunction with the F.Y.
2010 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 771, by and between
Black Hawk County and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of April, 2010.
