FOR FY2023 ASPHALT EMULSIONS
FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO'S
SEAL COATING PROGRAM
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
the City of Waterloo will conduct a public
hearing on the proposed specifications,
form of contract, etc. for Asphalt
Emulsions for the City of Waterloo's Seal
Coating Program, on July 18, 2022 at
5:30 p.m., in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers in City Hall in the City of
Waterloo. Iowa.
The proposed specifications prepared by
the Public Works Division Manager of the
City of Waterloo are now on file in the
office of the City Clerk for public
examination, and any person interested
therein may file written objection thereto
with the City Clerk before the date set for
said hearing, or appear and make
objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the said hearing, or appear and
make objection thereto with the City Clerk
before the date set for said hearing, or
appear and make objection thereto at the
meeting above set forth.
