BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO CONSTRUCT A
180-UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DE-
