RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
YOUNG ARENA ICE FLOOR COVER.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-672, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Young
Arena Ice Floor Cover, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said Young Arena
Ice Floor Cover authorization to proceed be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 2010.
