RESOLUTION NO. 2020-874
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT, TO INCLUDE A SCHEDULE OF
IMPROVEMENTS AND INCENTIVES FOR THE
REHABILITATION OF THE HOUSE, REFUND OF THE
PURCHASE PRICE OF $5,000 AND A REHABILITATION
GRANT OF $5,000, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated December 07, 2020, between Debra Kay Hodges Harmon
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the rehabilitation of a home located at 1644 Logan Avenue,
including a schedule of improvements and incentives for the rehabilitation of the house, refund
of the purchase price of $5,000 and a rehabilitation grant of $5,000, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December 2020.
