RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR THE
DISASTER RECOVERY COMMERCIAL RENTAL REVENUE
GAP PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated August 2, 2010, for the Disaster Recovery
Commercial Rental Revenue Gap Program with the following
business:
LM Holdingsth LC dba The Russell Lamson, LC,
209 W. 5 Street $7,489.10
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 2010.
