RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM LINDSEY
CONJUNCTION WITH THE NATIONAL NIGHT
TO BE HELD ON AUGUST 2, 2022 FROM 6:00
P.M., ON MARIGOLD DRIVE IN THE
NEIGHBORHOOD, INCLUDING MUSIC AND
SYSTEM.

A SPEAKER
WHEREAS, the Lindsey Klein, on behalf of the Southdale Neighborhood Association,
has requested to hold the National Night Out block party August 2, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00
p.m., to be held in the Southdale neighborhood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Lindsey Klein, on behalf of the Southdale
Neighborhood Association, to hold the National Night Out block party August 2, 2022, from
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., to be held in the Southdale neighborhood, including music and the use of
a PA system, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July 2022.
