RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO SERVICE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS OF NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE,
FOR A THREE (3) YEAR AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE DAILY
CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR THE AIRLINE PASSENGER
TERMINAL BUILDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,726.00 PER
MONTH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Service Management Systems of Nashville, Tennessee, submitted a bid in
the amount of $9,726.00 per month, in conjunction with a three (3) year agreement to provide
daily custodial services for the Airline Passenger Terminal Building, and is the apparent low
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
1. That the bid of Service Management Systems, in the amount of $9,726.00 per month, in
conjunction with a three (3) year agreement to provide daily custodial services for the
Airline Passenger Terminal Building, is hereby awarded.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July 2022.
