RESOLUTION NO. 2022-460
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS TO
HANGAR NO. 4, CSVI PROJECT NO. 9-I-220-ALO-200, AND
CONTRACT NO. 3345.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport improvements to Hangar No. 4, CSVI Project
No. 9-I-220-ALO-200, and Contract No. 3345, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.
in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport improvements to Hangar No. 4, CSVI Project
No. 9-I-220-ALO-200, and Contract No. 3345, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 18, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Waterloo Regional Airport improvements to Hangar No. 4, CSVI Project No. 9-I-220-ALO-200,
and Contract No. 3345, are hereby approved and said program proceed in accordance with said
specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July 2022.
