RESOLUTION NO. 2022-462
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2023 ASPHALT EMULSIONS FOR CITY OF
WATERLOO'S SEAL COATING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Division Manager of said City to prepare and file specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the FY 2023 Asphalt Emulsions for City of Waterloo's Seal coating
Program, and
WHEREAS, said City Public Works Division Manager did file said plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2023 Asphalt Emulsions for City of Waterloo's
Seal coating Program, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 18, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2023 Asphalt Emulsions for City of Waterloo's Seal coating Program, are hereby approved, and
said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July 2022.
