RESOLUTION NO. 2022-468 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES, CONTRACT NO. D-2022-07-05P, LOCATED AT 928 MULBERRY STREET, 1526 E. 4TH STREET, 1527 E. 4TH STREET, 307 SUMNER STREET, AND 335 SUMNER STREET. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Demolition and Site Clearance Services, Contract No. D-2022-07-05P, located at 928 Mulberry Street, 1526 E. 4th Street, 1527 E. 4th Street, 307 Sumner Street, and 335 Sumner Street, and WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Demolition and Site Clearance Services, Contract No. D-2022-07-05P, located at 928 Mulberry Street, 1526 E. 4th Street, 1527 E. 4th Street, 307 Sumner Street, and 335 Sumner Street, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 18, 2022. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Demolition and Site Clearance Services, Contract No. D-2022-07-05P, located at 928 Mulberry Street, 1526 E. 4th Street, 1527 E. 4th Street, 307 Sumner Street, and 335 Sumner Street, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
