RESOLUTION NO. 2022-474
RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEW FIVE (5) YEAR
AGREEMENT WITH REVIZE, LLC, FOR WEBSITE
DEVELOPMENT AND HOSTING SERVICES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $6,654.00 ANNUALLY, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Website Hosting Agreement, dated July 18, 2022, between Revize, LLC and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $6,654.00 annually for five (5) years, for website development
and hosting services, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July 2022.
